This website is operated by Digital Dental Academy Ltd, referred to as “we”, “us”, and “our”. By accessing this website or purchasing a Scan Club Membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the Scan Club 36-Month Membership Agreement, which forms part of these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use this website or purchase any Scan Club services.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Our online store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform used to process your orders.

  • legally able to enter into a binding 36-month contractual agreement.

This does not override your separate Scan Club Membership Agreement, which is legally binding and forms a separate contract.

18. Governing Law

These Terms and all related policies are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be handled exclusively by courts located in England and Wales.
