Cancellation policy

Scan Club Membership is a fixed-term 36-month contractual agreement and is not a cancellable subscription. Once you complete checkout and accept the Scan Club Membership Contract, you commit to 36 monthly payments of £175 (£6,300 total).

Because your scanner is supplied as subsidised educational equipment, and your PGCert access is granted immediately, your order cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned once the scanner has been dispatched.

There are no pre-orders, deposits, or try-before-you-buy options for Scan Club. All memberships are processed only after the contract is agreed, the first payment is received, and the scanner is prepared for dispatch.
