Shipping Policy
Dispatch Eligibility
Your scanner will only be dispatched once the following conditions are met:

You have completed checkout,
-
You have ticked the agreement box confirming acceptance of the Scan Club 36-Month Membership Contract,
-
The signed Scan Club Agreement has been received, and
-
The first monthly payment has successfully cleared.
No equipment is shipped prior to contractual acceptance and initial payment.
Shipping Times
Once all conditions above are satisfied:

Dispatch typically occurs within 3–10 business days, depending on stock availability and verification.

You will receive a confirmation email once your scanner has been prepared for shipping.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary.
Delivery Method
Scanners are shipped using a tracked and insured delivery service. Deliveries may require a signature upon receipt.
Risk & Responsibility
Risk transfers to you at the point of delivery.
You are responsible for:

Inspecting the scanner upon arrival,
-
Ensuring safe storage and security,
-
Maintaining appropriate insurance throughout the 36-month term (as required in the Scan Club Membership Agreement).
Title and ownership do not transfer until all 36 monthly payments have been completed.
Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If your scanner arrives:

damaged,
-
defective, or
-
incorrect,
you must notify us within 7 days of delivery at:
Eligible issues will be handled under the Hot Swap Service, in accordance with your Scan Club Membership Agreement.
No Returns or Cancellations
Because the scanner is supplied as subsidised equipment under a fixed 36-month contract, you cannot:
-
cancel the shipment,
-
refuse delivery,
-
return the scanner for a refund, or
-
cancel the membership once the scanner has been dispatched.
This is in line with the Scan Club Refunds & Returns Policy and the legal structure of the membership contract.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery is refused, unclaimed, or fails due to incorrect details provided by you:
-
any additional delivery, storage, or redelivery costs may be charged to you, and
-
the membership agreement remains fully enforceable, including all 36 payments.
International Shipping
Scan Club memberships are primarily for UK customers. International shipping—if offered—is subject to additional fees, customs duties, taxes, and delivery times. These are the customer’s responsibility.
